I don’t think it’s possible to buy any connecting land because of the way it’s situated. It’s kinda hard to describe, I wish I had an aerial shot I could show you. It’s like this chunk of land that’s carved out of the mountain. It’s not as drastic as it sounds because of the way it flows slightly downward. There’s state forests that surround it on the one side and can’t be built on. The main big point is that we put a well in right away because water down there is an issue. But yeah, if you ever get down that way, go take a look at it. It’s a beautiful state all in all.

I definitely will. It certainly has piqued my interest. I just hope it's still an option by the time things settle down.
