I would probably jump all over this, if I had $85k free. Perhaps I'll have that kind of money free sooner than I think, if things keep going in the direction they're going in. I suppose time will tell. That really is beautiful land. I would so love to build an underground home in a plot like that...make it blend in with the surrounding lands... but until I get a few things dealt with otherwise, my money has to sit and wait. Is it possible to purchase an additional 2 acres conjoining this property? I'd like to have 4 or 5 acres of land for my home.
