My perspective on this is to think of the different programs like beams of light. OF is like a laser whereas OGSF is more diffused. There are just more directions for the mind to be pulled in.
Different programs have different purposes. I'm really glad I chose SR and I'd consider doing ASC now that I have experienced the impact a narrowly focused single stage subliminal can have. But even so, AM6 the program I'll be doing next because it improves my life in a lot more directions. Another great analogy is one of ships. AM6 is turning a big ship which has massive inertia so it takes time for it to build momentum for me. But regardless, that's the ship I want to move which is why I'm choosing it over a program that moves a small part of my mind like a speedboat.
