I'd think it would be better to focus on one depending on your goal. Each one is going to bring the focus in a different direction. Saying that still there is general things that apply such as confidence, deservedness, believing you're attractive, letting go of fear. Getting those 'core' things would overlap from both of them I believe.
But personally I want to try both so I know from experience and can compare.. because what i'm saying I may be wrong as it's not from experiencing the programs.
I did ask Shannon but he said pretty much what he has said here, this is what he said the other day.
