Taking women at face value is not indicative of their quality. A lot of the young girls with excess make-up and seemingly little self respect often turn out to be acting a part that they think men want them to be. Once they attract the guy they want they scrub off the war paint, settle for some nice clothing and are quite happy to forego clubs and bars for a night in with their fella.
Chubbiness is also not a reliable indicator as a lot can have inflated views of themselves (pardon the pun) and think they're hot.
