Dissonance -
I am currently on my second run of AM6, and I'd say that I would not regret it for running it against Basicially, the first run is where the greatest transformation happens, but the second run had deepened everything so far. The feeling of doing things that aren't "you" becomes less in my second run. So my guess is that congruency is why you have to run it repeatedly.
And socializing during AM is quite important actually. The more you socialize, the more reference experience you gain and the more you understand how to behave in your new AM personality the next time you are in a similar experience. I have had multiple circumstances in which I felt I was VERY alpha, but when certain situation occurs my behavior told me less. So I often made observations on that because I needed to know how I should behave / think.

AM5 -> AM6 -> BASE -> AM6 -> BASE -> AM6(Current)
