Even cosmopolitan magazine went to him to see if he was legit and they saw him do kiss closes on the streets!
now unless justin wayne bribed cosmopolitan magazine to right good things about him it is unlikely that he faked that.

He could easily have bribed the girls themselves. It's a lot cheaper.
As with anything though, test out the methods, if they work for you, then they are "legit".
