Yes, but only the ones who already have the 3G copy will have access to the 4G. It's a shame. To be honest, if Shannon had the opportunity himself to start the business and go for a program to guide him and help him make his business profitable, I am pretty sure with a low budget he'd love to have a 4G option. If you start a business money is tight.
If anybody thinks the 4G version ($24.50) would cannibalize the 5G version ($500) and nobody would switch to the bigger one, then why built the bigger one? Ok, because we asked to. But why not keep options open. If they know money is coming in and they benefited from the 4G version they will switch to the bigger one if they have money to spare.
