Three nights in stage 3 i literally had sleepless nights until 6am then i started to shiver in my bed for a few seconds from head to toe and then something(i have absolutely no idea) was released out of my body and then i slept like a baby.
i am now on stage 4 , just startedvand i m really tired as i write these lines now.
on stage 2 my feet were aching at work although i work only for a short time.
for me regardless of which stage, i m tired when i listen long enough.but, so far stage 3 was crazy.
