I don`t know if you but AM6 made me a better person in general. I`m more kind and generous for those who deserve for this. Also many old but strong guys from my neighborhood treat me with respect, just like their good, old buddy. That`s really cool. 
My time management has strongly improved, my motivation and energy levels have raised dramatically. I don`t feel any social anxiety and sometimes feel like I could walk the streets of my town completely naked. Weird feeling but I`m cool with that.
