Here is my take. Think of it this way. You could probably bench 10 reps of 100 lbs fairly easily and quickly, but if you add on another 100 lbs to make it 200 lbs it requires more work and it will take you a little longer to do 10 reps. For some, they may be able to only do 5 reps. everyone is different. when you add more subs your essentially adding more weight. Shannon recommends only doing AM2011 because this sub already has a significant amount of weight. For a guy like Wildflower, he may be able to handle more weight because he has been thru Alpha male and woman magnet, so he has a stronger internal core.
