is it okay if i use AM 6.0 Program with pattern like this :
Days 1 : 8 Hours
Days 2 : 10 Hours
Days 3 : 9 Hours
days 4 : 12 Hours
And So on, with at least 8 hours minimum exposure, because sometimes i have more time to listen the program, and the other day i've been busy so i only can listen for 8 hours
Or should i keep the same amount each days, like 8 hours each days for example
Thank you,
It's okay to have a bit of a variance over time, we aren't robots. However, you want to make sure the total hours of each stage are as exact as possible, to keep yourself from being imbalanced over the course of the program. You want each stage's total hours to be even. Generally, the more hours each day the better, but you have to be able to commit to that amount of hours for every stage or else you'll be imbalanced at the end and not in good, even shape and will need a rerun.
So, keep it at a realistic level each day, 9-10 hours, and that's decent for a first run. Then afterwards, check the bulletpoints on the AM6 sales page against your progress, and if needed complete the program again. Most people need multiple runs in order to remove bad programming that's had years and years and even decades inside our heads to grow and stregthen. That will take some time to repair.
