Unclear about missed days and make up usage

Sorry all for the repeated bashing on the head question of making up hours, but I have one coming right at you.

I'm doing a second run of AM6.

I start tonight at 10:30pm on 8/6/15
I will be pausing usage at 10:30pm on 9/1/15 (approx 26 days of usage) due to vacation (camping with friends not bringing subs along) which will be from 9/2-9/7, resuming usage on 9/7/15 at 10:30pm.

That means I will be missing approximately 5 days of usage. Making up 1.5x rounding up of 5 days means I will have to do +8 days of usage. Does that mean I add on the 8 days to the end of my 32 days making total of 40 days listening or do I add on 3 days making it 35 days of listening?

If someone would be so kind, tell me when I need to stop playing stage 1 from the information I gave.

I must be tired because I cannot think straight right now.



PS. I have speakers under my bed playing them 24/7, which is why I'm noting the times. I am not home all the time obviously so I will have away time from the exposure

You miss 5 days, so you need to recuperate 8 days. 5+3, so make it to 35 days. It does not matter the dates, but the actual number of days you listen, so they must be 35 days of listening

You are right. Based on what I know there are two ways to cover up days, and this is based on what is written in the FAQ. The other way is written in the AM6 manual. I myself use what is written in the AM6 manual.

Surely it should be 40 days and not 35? Amusing you have to complete the full 32 days.

Lets say you missed 5 days, so total subs listening time will be 27 days. You need to complete the course so you carry on until you get to 32. You have now covered the full 32 days (37 days from start to finish with 5 days off)

But during your course you missed 5 days, so now to get full exposure even though you have actually completed 32 days of subs listening you still need to add additional days using the formula 1.5x days missed, which in this case = 8.

So now after your 32 days of completed exposure time you need to complete a further 8 days due to the 5 day gap. This will take your total subs exposure to 40 days (45 days from start to finish)

Using ImFreemans way of calculating is this:

If you missed 5 days you have 27 days of exposure. You haven't completed the full 32 days, so you use the formula days missed x 1.5 = 8. You now add this to your current subs exposure time of 27 days = 35. So you now need to complete a further 8 days from 27 to complete full exposure.

Can someone confirm which is correct:

I mean example number 2. lol this just a miss communication, maybe since I am not native English and my English is not good lol. No problem. The point is, you made a very clear examples in your last post.

People usually getting confused when using TOTAL DAYS. So, I personally saying add 8 days after 32 days, so the total calendar days is 40 days.

Yep, I understand so it is example 1 that is correct. The missed days are inclusive of the total.

Just to make sure I got this right. I missed 8 days (non consecutive).

32-8=24

so 8x1.5=12

so does this mean I have to listen to the subliminal for 36 days total (24+12=36)

We have created a science in this. Get a brain guys. Shannon says 32 days cause it's a sweet spot. Not something scientifically proven. if you missed 5 days. Do 5 days of longer exposure time or 10 days of minimum of 8. Your sub effects wont dissappear. I'm really starting to see why I should run a business when I notice this kind of illogical thinking.
