LM, I haven't done visualisations for a while but I really need to get back into it. From what I recall the recommendation was first-person so you're actually 'experiencing' the visualisation rather than watching yourself in it. It's recommended to included as much of your senses as possible. The senses are what make it seem real. Maybe you're on a date with her and you push her up against the wall. Feel the heat of her skin, notice her lips part open as her tongue darts nervously across her lips, hear and feel her breath quicken, etc.
What situations do you use for your visualisation? I'm curious as I'm interested in getting into this again.
