Naughty visualizations are the easiest for me. They come pretty natural now.. but the trick was moving things to first person instead of a cinematic kind of view point.
The hardest kind of visualizations for me are actually having fun with women. I do practice going from meeting to screwing. The hardest part to visualize is all the stuff happening in between both those situations.
