One thing- I know it's ancient history now, but since I just read the thread I'm catching up, I wanted to throw out something slightly PUA-y but that might be useful to someone; If you should find yourself with some girl who's way younger, (say your 33 / 21 gap earlier), and she does that age sh*t test, in the future, refuse to let her re-frame the interaction. Something that I've found effective is the following:
Hold your frame no matter what ( <--- this is key, the most important element... if they smell fear, you're done. You were army right? bearing!),
and when she finishes with her mild freakout / challenge, you look her straight in the eye and follow that with something like: "Yeah it's true, I normally date girls who are a little older, which is why I was surprised that you and I got along so well. Lots of young girls are way too immature to stand, let alone hang out with. But so far we've connected so well, you've seemed like you could be an exception to that rule. <pause> But, but if you want to go, go."
Then stfu and wait for her response, because it will be fun watching her brain grind trying to shift gears that fast... You can even turn and walk away first, if you're feeling it.
Remember one of the things girls most value at that age is thinking they're 'mature'. So, if she tries to recover in order to not look like an immature asshat, then you'll have passed the sh*t test and with her you'll never have to deal with this again.
And if she doesn't, who cares? She was trying to end it anyway. There's more where she came from if you're doing SM, so I hear.
Okay I'm done. Anyway, keep the journal entries coming!
Deolanga, Thanks for the input. I see that as not a really pua approach as there is a TON of legitimacy to that statement. Just so you know, I'm actually doing WM, which considering I'm pretty forward and escalate pretty intensely I seem to be having a lot of results.
