I am so thankful for these lengthy answers that you take your time out to give Shannon, you really go above and beyond the call of duty, when someone purchases your subs all they pay for is the sub and they get it, I really appreciate you doing these extra things to help the users. I hope you remain like this forever (from inside) and never face outside factors that force you to change
