As far as a good book for nutrition. I've always just researched different foods on my own. Just do a little searching in to superfoods online and you'll get a lot of good information.
That's funny because I usually eat Goji Berries and cocoa nibs for breakfast along with matcha tea.

It really works well. But it tastes like crap. So I figured out to add yoghurt and some chocolate protein powder and it tasted good.
