I guess I should have been more descriptive of my problem with premature ejaculation.
I have used many techniques in the past. Including cumming half an hour before seeing the girl. Cumming once or EVEN twice during sex and by the second or third either I don't get it up as quick or if I do, I still cum under 2 minutes of pounding. So cumming before doesn't help me much.
I've even gotten drunk and only last a minute or two more. The only thing that helps is practice, but once I don't practice having sex for a week, I'm back to premature ejaculation. The only thing I haven't done is have sex everyday or atleast 3-4 times a week for a whole month as a "practice" to overcome the problem. I'm not married or dating so that practice isn't realistic at the moment.
Premature ejaculation isn't as easy to overcome as you say fluffy, ive read books and videos that relate to helping overcome it, nothing worked.
Only thing I haven't done is practice long enough for any of them to work. For example reverse kegel technique. I just lose motivation or forget to do it. Maybe with this sub, I'll start re trying the methods I know and be more consistent. The stop and start, reverse kegel and more sex.
