Thanks for your share of opinion mat, I agree with you on this point, but there are a few points he indicates which aren't just about shame or women, like drop of testosterone level and the same brain activity as heroin and cocaine users, and also that it messes with your dopamine levels, and if that is true, it is really troubleing.
