**Explanation**

I didn't really commit to AM 6.0, why?

1. Increadible urges to run SM3
   
2. Speakers problem
   
3. Phone problems
   
4. Stage 4 I chose to skip 4 days -the most boring stage in AM-
   

SM3 usage will be way different. All the equipment are set and I will dedicated my whole 192 days for it.

For AM? TBH, I didn't really excited for it. Next cycle will be better.

Results? All the sticking points, ALL the promises in ad page are within me, but, in scale of 0-10 the overall is 7.

Shame on me lol
