I know shannon is pretty much almost finished creating this program so it's too late to add anything new but I was curious if the sub involved anything about relaxing tight pelvic muscles or achieving balance between the front and back pelvic muscles. The back ones are more responsible for premature ejaculation, the front ones are more responsible for ED. Clenching of the PC muscles is sometimes done unconsciously so I was thinking subs would be a good way to reverse this and balance it out.
