Alpha360 on AM6 refresher

On frequensee it's around -85db , it's almost like the room noise when it's completely quiet or my computer laptop fan on power saver. Maybe I can lower it down again, I will have to test that too. If I put the mic just in front of my speaker I have -75db, but that is a test I did the day, I think I use a lower volume the night.
How much db you use?

-50 to -40 db rance. But on BASE I completely rely on earbud.
