This night I wake up thinking there were a fly moving around my speaker that was bothering me. As you can guess there were no fly, it was all in my mind. When I woke up I didn't think about that but later I notice it didn't make sense to have a fly just near my speaker. It remind me of my dream through AM5 and AM6 around stage 4 or 3, I had some dream that my ear where attack by an animal.
Then there were the hiding, I start to regress to an internet addict, porn addict, video watching addict so I could run from any thinking. Of course I didn't do that consciously. Then later the nights when I think the sub was processed, my mind got clearer, more focus, more rational thinking, more happy, laughing which was my previous state before. One morning I wake up with some depression about life, what I'm doing about it, very unmotivated.
A lot of negative thinking the morning, I couldn't think about positive thing or do what I was suppose to do.
Very different from how I was behaving before listening to the refresher. I also started to notice some eyes bags appearing like when I was on AM6 around Stage 3-4 I think. There was also the constant thinking about what sub I should do next, I wanted to switch sub and I knew why.
On top of that I became much more sensitive to sound, at this point I don't really care about the ear ringing. it's more a problem with this sensitiveness. On the worse day I notice that even when I'm cooking some stuff it's bothering me, when someone talk loudly it's bothering too. I notice it took me around 18 days (13h/days) with BIABW to get me to this state where I just can't keep going with a normal life. With 8h/days with BIABW I was able to keep going a normal life. So with the refresher it took me 4 days to get me there at 9h/days. So now I know it's not about time listening but about data input or resistance.
So to keep testing about this and obviously because I couldn't keep going because of this sensitivity and resistance I switch yesterday to Ephra.

Maybe you are listening to the sub took loudly !
What db do you have it on "frequensee"? Have you checked? If you haven't I strongly suggest that you do.
Better to be smart about this instead of going deaf for some pussy man.
A few changes for me regarding the volume and the positioning of the speakers has gotten rid of the sensitivity that I had before e.g. ear popping noise due to people talking loudly or utensils clanging into each other while making food!
