Decided today to go shopping for some good food.
Brown Rice
Chicken
Kale
Nuts & Almonds
Yoghurts
Juice
Acai berries
Green tea
Peppermint tea & more
The subs are making me more aware of what should be in my body and what shouldn't be.
I may add this to a workout routine and begin working out at the gym before my swims. Combine that with tennis that I have played for the last 6 years.
Also the subs still have me feeling great. Cannot wait for stage 3. Stage 2 has been phenomenal
Time to get active!
