Okay from the sounds of it you are young not just chronologically, but also emotionally, so I will be as gentle as I can. I suspect that you were expecting that AM would work as some sort of magic bullet that would magically change you. Sadly, that is not the case, nor has it been a magic bullet for any of us that have had glowing success with the AM series. Rather, the AM subliminals support the actual activities that we undertake to become fully actualized men. That means that you still have to do the scary stuff to get the job done.
I hate to say it, but shy is another word for frightened. A shy person is afraid of who they are, their inadequacies, and what others would think of them. To protect one's self from the fear, a person becomes either guarded and reclusive or becomes a complete asshole so no one wants to be around them. This is the complete opposite of alpha behavior. An alpha male is not someone who doesn't have inadequacies or someone who hides behind aires of being shy or an asshole. Rather the alpha accepts that he has limitations and inadequacies and is open to the world and experiences while freely airing his limitations to all. He seeks out opportunities that challenges his fears and beliefs in order to grow. In doing so, he becomes actualized and people notice that and are drawn to him. Without going out into the scary night and doing things he hasn't done before, the beta will never become an alpha.
Now what does this mean for you? We'll if you ask me, I think you'll have to repeat AM6.0, at least two to three more times before moving on to any other program. What do you do physically to start manifesting the alpha in you may include joining a gym and lifting weights four times a week (don't know what to do get Starting Strength and ask people in the gym for help), go to the library and read half of Modern Library's Top 100 Novels, take social dancing or cooking or art classes. The main issue here is to go out and be around people. Yeah, it's going to hurt at first, your heart is going to pound, but you can do it. After a year and a half of pushing yourself while using AM6.0 you'll be well along the road to being a true alpha.
It is going to hurt; you are going to get bumped and bruised. There'll be times that you'll want to quit, but you have to keep your eyes on the goal, "a meaningful life filled with family, friends, women, & money."
To become a true alpha you must take the road less travelled. There is no easy way out of it. AM alone won't do it. It will help you, but you've got to the work. You have got to want to be an alpha. You've got to need to be an alpha! Anything less and you'll never be here with the rest of us. We are rooting for you...
The Road Not Taken
BY ROBERT FROST
"Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference."
