Well AM6 is a prerequisite for SM3. So I would assume that you need to get the effects from AM6 before you can do SM3. Since you said you didn't get any effects from AM6 you should probably try one of the free subs that we know for sure effect people. And if you still feel no effects then it's possible that subliminals just have no effect on you.
If you try a different sub and you feel the effects then you should probably run AM6 again to get some effects and then do SM3 since that's your goal
