Been listening to EHPRA since you suggested and had a couple of nights where I couldn't sleep at all but that seems to be easing a little (still can't get to sleep til late) but I've got loads of energy now and been training up a storm so hopefully my little subconscious is letting this gear in!!

We shall see how spectacular the MPME is when I finish developing it and create some public betas using it. Until then, I am maintaining a "hopeful but wary" stance. It is very, very challenging to develop this, test it, refine it, understand it and believe it. So hopeful, but cautiously so.

Emotional traumas can be long since forgotten by the conscious mind, but are never forgotten by the subconscious. They can be neutralized by working through them, healing them, and outgrowing them, but they are not forgotten. I am not necessarily saying that you have been traumatized in this way, just saying that so far, upon in-depth interviewing of those who gained weight in response, that has been the common theme. Usually it is either an ongoing series of repeated emotional damages that have affected the person's emotions and self esteem, and dealing with them is too frightening or painful to do in the way suggested by the program, or one massive blow-out experience that has left a major emotional scar. And no, WL7 is not going to be spoken by Dr. Phil.
