It's worth investing in alpha male! Also get the new one.. it most likely won't be 400 dollars but I don't really know.
These programs are the closest you will get to a "magic bullet". They are pretty damn close. Don't be skeptical or worry about results because that will only hinder your results. These changes can happen subtly but they only take 6 months! I would recommend doing WM after Alpha then you can always buy the new 2012 alpha male for after you do WM. At least that's what I would do.

Also the speakers minimum need to be 20,000hz and with those Logitechs you have you are set.
