Please do! How are you doing it; directing energy upwards, squeezing your pc somewhow, ksmo, some other style? Many months ago I succesfully had one of those where energy shot up my spine and my head kind of exploded.. then 1-2 months ago I managed another kind a few times, where I started to feel something faint in my chest or so and then as I allowed it be it slowly grew and grew to quite strong. The time span was a few minutes and I had to really try to remain relaxed and let it grow.. I was kinda worried I might get hurt or something, scary lol. It'd be great to master those, because then you could basically have as much sex as you want as still be driven after that to do other things and not just want to be left alone. For some reason it just seems hard to find the time to practice.
