Yeah I tossed my previous one, now I'm using "Green Vibrance" which doesn't have soy (I believe).
Anyhow, what I want to know is, what exactly are we shooting for here? I mean sure "eat more of this, etc" is an easy train to board and get lost on, but unless I have a clear idea of the WHY, all the information isn't going to be much use.
athanas mentioned something about gold, silver, heavy metals. It's all well and good but why gold and silver and not
just more iron?
When I made the porn diet, it was specifically designed to replace both the dopamine AND the mineral/vitamin deficiency which I knew of. Now, I think the best thing to do is identify both what is lost from arousal, what's lost from an ejaculation, and finally, how to replenish those things.
It's simple math, to me anyhow. As with any "gaining" diet, the formula should be the same: consume more than you burn.
