Slept 11 hours last night; crazy. Super unmotivated to do anything related to my goals (besides my morning ritual); Too much, in my opinion.
I have to figure out energy management to allow me to:
a) get more out of sleep in quality
b) wake up with more energy and motivation to leave my bed
c) have more energy throughout the day
I understand that the subliminal takes up a lot of brain power, however, I wonder how much of this slump is due to the subliminal.
Here are some free and lesser known game changers for you to improve sleep:
- Buy magnesium and zinc in bulk. Pills are ok, powders are better. Magnesium oil is best. Magnesium oil = Magnesium chloride. You can get a year's supply if you make it yourself for 30 dollars. You can buy zinc picolinate pretty cheap as a bulk powder.
- Buy blue blocker sunglasses and wear them after sunset when watching TV, using a laptop, etc. Install f.lux on your pc or laptop to stop it from emitting blue light. Blue light tells your brain it's 2PM and tells it to stop melatonin production.
- Turn off or airplain mode all wifi, all EMF radiating devices around the bed and in other rooms if possible.
- Pitch black room. No alarm lights, no sunlight coming in if your rhythm doesn't resemble the sun.
