. Generally 8h is minimum and suggested is 12h, can go up to 16h (well general rule is get as much as you can (not getting overtired) and give at least few hours off). Just run it while you sleep thats already 6-8h + few hours a day then you are sitting near pc or traveling with mp3 and you will be good.
