subs and other methods can help with this block but in the end it's Your decision to end this block at will. The next time you feel this block, just stop what you're doing and ask yourself, Can I control my habit, if yes, when, and tell yourself now, then do so. Stop your patterns consciously by asking yourself these questions. If anything comes up while asking these questions then ask yourself what it is, when you find it, ask yourself to let it go, keep doing this till you finally feel the block dissapear. These "blocks" will reveal itself when you keep asking yourself questions when you feel resistance.
