After observing multiple instances of various things I have been watching, I am going to revise my statement as to the optimal amount of time to listen to a subliminal program per day. I now believe it to be between 8 and 12 hours. Ironically, this appears to work faster in many cases than constant bombardment, because it allows for the subconscious to rest, assimilate and act on the programming.

If you are using one sub, use it 8 to 12 hours a day. For two at a time, use each one for 6 to 8 hours a day. Three subs, use each for 4 to 6 hours a day. More than three at a time is no longer advised at all. Fewer is better: focus, focus, focus!

If you use a sub 8 to 12 hours a day, you leave yourself time to rest and integrate the programming better. The end result is that your mind can catch up and put it into action better. What changed the constant bombardment approach was the observation that people who took longer breaks were getting better results faster, and people who used the program 22 hours a day reported being more tired, along with various other observations that now lead me to believe that 8 to 12 hours a day is a good balance that will allow for maximum benefit. Constant bombardment works, to be sure, but may actually be overkill for your mind: if it's processing everything I am telling it to do and then trying to do it all at the same time, that may actually be slowing down the effects. Believe me, these subs are pretty much forcing your mind to work, and work hard just to decode the darned thing. That's part of the plan, but the goal is to max it out for what it's capable of doing - I definitely did that, but as with anything there comes a point of diminishing returns, and I think dropping to about half a day will put us at peak efficiency.

The life tune up expansion is still being built. I hit a snag that I have to figure out before I can release the set. The other one is still in queue.
