By the way, everyone, we are making changes to better serve you all, but these changes we are making are forcing us to shift things around a bit. One of these changes is that I will no longer be accepting private messages or e-mails directly. From now on, you'll be contacting Andrew, Jackie or Wildflower. (Wildflower is for answering questions about the forum, by the way. Everything else goes to Andrew or Jackie.)
Basically, I don't have time to personally answer all the communications I get every day anymore, and still get work done. So, my helpers will be taking that over for me. We're also going to start a massive FAQ in the forum with all the questions we get, and all the answers we give. That way, we don't have to answer questions more than once.
We're trying to be there for you on a personal level, but we also want to be able to better serve you from a standpoint of creating the requests you make faster and better. So while I won't be personally answering e-ails or PMs anymore, hopefully this will give me enough time and freedom to get more done, and still give you all the personal attention you deserve.
