It is better to run all six stages again if you haven't gotten everything possible out of it yet. It is better to use the refresher for six months if you have no more growth, but are simply maintaining the programming.
Hmm.. Based on what you said here, then I guess it is better that I re-do Stage 1 to 6 of AM 5.0, instead of just refresher.. Because, I definitely haven't gotten the full effect yet..
Alright then, starting this Sunday I will begin my second full run of AM 5.0, then take a break for a month and go to AM 6.0.
