Hello, I am currently doing the alpha female programm and I am completing stage one religiously. I have not noticed a difference yet but I have faith, is there a reason?
My 1st language is French, I do speak English well as I live in Britain but would American English be safe/effective?
I am also a big fan of hypnotherapy. Would it be possible to use hypnotherapy at the same time as this programm? So far I haven't so I don't spoil the program I am completing. Please let me know, will I have to wait until 31 march when I have finished with stage 6. Thank you for your help, Lily

First, I moved your threat to an appropriate part of the forum. The testimonials section is, naturally, for testimonials.

Second, there are a variety of possible reasons why you might not have noticed any effects yet. Usually if someone doesn't notice effects on Stage 1 it is actually a good thing, because it means you're already in a relatively healthy place towards the goal. Stage 1 is designed to clear out the negativity and put you on solid footing towards achieving the program's goal. If you are coming from a very challenging place towards the program goal, you'll notice that it is much more obvious. If you're already relatively healthy and well positioned for this task, you won't much notice effects, because they've already been achieved for that stage.

The point of having Stage 1 do that is to get everyone as close to the same starting place for achieving the goal as possible.

Wait until the finish of the whole set to decide what you think.

As stated here, and in the FAQ section, it's possible for hypnotherapy to interfere with the script of the subliminal, especially in cases where the hypnotherapist does not know what you're doing subliminals, and when they don't have access to the script, as in this case. In that case it is advised to avoid using subliminals or hypnotherapy together.
