AM6 FIRST RUN COMPLETED

I'm at a loss as to what your question is. 

Hi, ok, first i want to thank you for this programs I like them, I don't know how your programs work but they work, thats all I care, anyway I want to know what is the right path to follow,  btw I always wait 2 weeks in between programs for processing purposes, I am finishing 18 months of 3 consecutive AM6, now I am facing these options, AM7 refresher( to keep all of the work does by AM6 and then start SM3 OR 
go straight from what I've done and start SM3? And also I want to know if I could use the black hole shield in between these programs without derailed or block any progress made already,  in order to cut any energetic cords with all my exes because I feel that subconsciously that's is keeping me for executing all of the AM6 instructions, thanks.
