AM6 FIRST RUN COMPLETED - Max Hunter - 06-18-2025

Hi everyone I finished AM6 first run, the way I did it was 12 hours a day using the masked format and 9 hours ultrasonic at night for 32 days straight each stage, readed the two books that are part of the instructions, go out to initiate conversations with girls, start doing 100 pull ups a day around stage 3, resting on weekends(the pull ups not the subliminal )and then 28 days with no subliminal influence and I can say that I am a complete different person in all aspects even physical, I walk different too!! I cut all unhealthy connections even with my family I ghosted my ex, the only thing that I am getting use to is how the energy itself do the accepting or rejecting the girls its like it's got its own mind it's something else really, I am sure is for my greater good for sure those girls want to use, manipulate, abuse me or have STDs or something, another thing is the manifesting encounters are wow, I am quietly at home all of the sudden I feel the urge to go out and boom it was a fated encounter it continues to happen at least twice a week, @Shannon recommended 3 runs, before SM so, I already started again my second round of AM 6 and already decided going for the third run as well with the same amount of usage hours, I am sure that I am going for a hell of a ride, Thank you @Shannon you are changing my life.

Very good, good to hear your results.

What made you choose just pullups? Definately some good discipline there, especially with pullups as they aren't easy.

But you may want to balance it out with other exercises even if it's less reps, consistency is best over time and doing what your body can handle long term. K Boges has some good stuff on youtube, and Danny Kavadlo has a good book with a basic program 'Get Strong' that might be of interest if calisthenics is your preference. I did the first level of that book and the routine is relatively simple and not long.

Thanks Ben, I choose pull ups because it was what I had in front of me at the time and it was also challenging it was in a way to keep it up with the mind, as the mind optimize so the body and it was erratic at the beginning then I found balance of it, If I  did less I wasn't satisfied if I  do more it was painful it was like I couldn't just listen the program and expect miracles, If I feel the need to do something I just do it, even if I feel fear, that's specially when I do it even more, that's how you know you about to overcome it, it's a lot but hey it's great to have these tools and know that they work if we are committed to the programs.
I will definitely check K Boges and Danny Kavadlo exercises, thank you.
