As far as I know, radio doesn't broadcast the right audio frequencies for reproducing ultrasonics, but I could be mistaken. Masked is possible, but you won't be able to detect them if they don't want you to. What to do about it if "they" are putting subs in music? The only thing you can do is stop exposing yourself.
