I’ve only been at my current job for 2 and a half months (Senior technical role), and lately I’ve had an increasing drive to take on extra responsibilities (leadership tasks and team coordination) and gain ownership on technical subjects.

This is definitely an effect of OSC, especially since I started using the Hybrid track. Normally, I’m more reserved and stay into my comfort zone. But not this time, and I love this effect.
