I understand what you believe. You think that lots of sensitive people can get psychic attack, even in daily lives, or each time. What does psychic attack that you really mean? Maybe most of people live only in their thought, but who cares about what other people think or their chi goes? we live with 8 billion people ONLY in this planet, not to mention other creatures besides humans or beyond the earth, even universe always continues to expand infinitely, even less than a second. We live for our own. We live for our growth. When we grow, we can have an impact, a contribution or what we want and can do to others. If not, what can be expected?
If all people continue to respond that there is a psychic attack, the person's life will not progress. Life is not just 1 or 2 people, not just a billion or two billion. Everyone must have what they say. Why care? we will spend our time that we can actually use to explore or learn many things out there. Because in fact we also live choosing to progress, develop, learn and evolve until finally we leave the physical world (and about reincarnation, someone can choose reincarnation or not, it's a choice, but everyone is free to choose whatever they want to believe).
Energy flows where attention goes. We also manifest what we believe too as people are connected (actually not only people, but everything) and affects everything else every second even less, as consciousness, awareness, energy, frequency, and vibration also work in existence, in general and broadly, how the world works.
