I think AM6 helped me push through at my job and focus less on women I think, since I snoozed the dating apps. I also made some friends on it too. but tbh I think it's less impactful than future generation subs. When I ran OGSF 5.9G, I could feel it working. Same with LTUv6 5.75G, I felt that impact so I can only imagine what 5.11G brings in terms of impact. I think I made the wrong choice running AM6 because the impact isn't that high compared to the latest subliminals. I felt like I didn't notice much on AM6 but my brother noticed that I made some changes in my life. I also kept going to the gym consistently and started eating healthier too.
One big change was I started running with a couch to 5k program/app on my phone. That was huge for me because I'm trying to lose weight and become more masculine. I also decided I want to move to a big city sometime next year after I check out a big city that I'm interested in.
My suggestion to you guys would be to run E6 or something or primal masculinity since AM6 is 5G and the rest of the emotional healing subs are far stronger from E2 and onwards, given that E6 is the option now with better scripting. I hope this helps.
