I just purchased and listened for the first time to TMPO (Time Management & Priority Optimization).
Since COVID I have had trouble staying motivated and taking action, two of the goals for this Sub, so I am hoping and praying that it actually works for me!
Also, a couple of questions:
1) I can't find any journals or comments on the forums about this Sub-- I would have loved to see how others have used it and succeeded with it. But I can only find your original introductory post. If there are comments about this sub, please link me to them, I'd love to see reviews and experiences of it. I am so desperate to overcome this motivational issue that I went ahead and bought it. I had been waiting for the Black Friday sale only to find out that it wasn't going to be eligible for a discount... I just should have purchased it sooner.
2) Why is it 60 minutes long when you only are supposed to listen to 30 minutes of it? That's really tricky when you're listening to the first 30 minutes. Should I edit the file and split it in two or would that 'break' it? I don't have a player that has the option of only playing 30 minutes of the sub. Or is the second 30 minutes the same as the first 30? So should I start in the middle and listen to the end? Very confusing and inconvenient...
3) Is there some 'auto-config' in this one? After the first 30 mins, I REALLY wanted to listen to the second 30 as well.
4. I have an iPhone 8 that I typically use to listen to subs. (I can leave it in airplane mode and use my iPhone 13 for texts and phone calls, since even junk calls will stop the playing of a subliminal) I initially used the Hybrid so I could gauge the level of the sound and even keeping it in my hand or right next to me I could barely hear the ocean, is it possible I need to crank up the volume a bit?
5. I loved SARM, I used it for over a year with only a couple breaks, but a while back it just stopped having the pronounced effect it used to have and I couldn't tell anymore if I had been using it or not. Is it possible that I've just 'gotten used to it' or that it has made permanent changes and I will no longer 'feel it'? (of course I stopped using this regularly a couple weeks ago in preparation for TMPO)
6) Finally, would you like me to start a journal of my experience? I don't feel the need to do so at this point but if you would find it useful, I would be glad to keep track of my experience on the forums.

P.S. As I continue looking for more info on TMPO, I ran across a reference to a temporarily available SARM v.2! I am SO bummed I missed my chance at that!!! SARM 1 has been my favorite sub (and I've bought many of them). A souped up version would have been just what the doctor ordered.... @Shannon if you ever think you might share with long term SARM fans, please include me... RonO
