I skipped a day, but I have reached 32 days of stage 5, onto stage 6.
What I can say about this program is that my habits have changed into developing myself. Instead of trying to get yolked in the gym or bulk up, I'm trying to maintain consistency to lose weight and gain muscle mass by just focusing on being consistent. I go to sleep early, I run in the mornings and I'm trying to weight lift at the gym after work. I like physical activities so that's what I'm going to do. I'm also realizing that women shouldn't be the sole focus of my life. I pour so much energy into the dating apps trying to find a partner but realize that I'll be okay and happy if I just occupy myself with physical activities/hobbies like working out.
Stage 6 starts tonight.
