Hi @Shannon, I'm contemplating using Ultra Success in the next future, and maybe start writing a journal.

I wanted to ask you: what are the best practices to coadiuvate the execution of Ultra Success?
Like, consciously establishing a major goal and breaking it down? Or do I have to let Ultra Success guide me through the process?

Ultra Success will do all the work if you don't do anything, but you have to have some sort of goal.  It will default to helping with whatever you're trying to accomplish on a day to day basis with no overarching goal, but that's usually not very useful.  You can influence what it is focused on by focusing on a major goal and steadily working towards that.  It will focus on whatever your biggest goal is.  Breakdown of that goal is good for you, so you should break down your major goal to whatever degree you need to in order to accomplish it, but US will not going to need that.

Beyond that, you can help it achieve what it's trying to do by NOT sitting around and waiting for it to do all the work for you.  It's there to act as a way of improving what you're doing, not doing everything for you.  So you have to have a goal and go after it, and Ultra success will get behind you and push.

If you had no goals and sat around on the couch playing games and eating snacks all day, US would have nothing to do, except maybe help you become a better player of whatever game you spent your time on.
