My opinion:

Sometimes if they feel comfortable or like you they offer it this way.
I wouldn't take it because then you need to pay for it as well.
And it keeps the client frame.


I would flip it on her
Tell her you need to buy me dinner before you hit on me like that 
And then say something actually I usually give the happy ending to women but we will talk about it after the massage 
Ask when she finish work or take the digits

Not a bad way to go but I will probably just decline the extra services if she mentions them.

I have heard of plenty massage therapist secretly offering extra services. I finally met one lol

I ment to hang out with her afterwards without paying for anything just as a hangout and see what things lead
