Masked format is a much lower volume of subliminal audio than Ultrasonic.  That means it has much less perceptory pressure, and unless you need it because you don't do well with ultrasonic, will tend to reduce results.  It's not too strong - it's not strong enough.

I decided to get back to Ultrasonic last night actually and just the first run back feels better.

I've had a lot of interest lately from 18-22 year old girls that argue I'm 28 not 42. Just flirting but I'll take it.

Ultrasonic is what captured the twins attention so I'll stick to that for now unless you recommend Hybrid.

I noticed I've only been doing 4 days on 3 days off.

I work 2p-11p so that gets confusing when listening at midnight.

I have been having thoughts like I should give up on girls n dumb stuff like that.

I think that's probably X4A-1511 digging out stuff.

Until and unless you have achieved what you want to achieve with one or both of those girls, don't change what you're doing.  It's uncertain what will result, and you could kill your progress.
