I am saying that one run-through should be the amount of months specified in the instructions to achieve the best results.  If you want to do more, then do another full run-through at a time for the best results.  The only exception is to combat subconscious boredom.

Okay glad I got verification. I suppose that means I’ll be moving on to EPHRA6. 

Thank you for the advice and thank you for making these experiences public and for everyone to use. My OGSF2 results are crazy inspiring to me and I almost feel like I’m in a dream with the results I’m seeing. Keep doing awesome work!
